Payments are refundable if the mistakes are purely from myself. Although, the amount of money returned will be reduced by the rental costs that have begun.
Both clients and rental talent are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Please respect talent privacy by not asking personal questions that may sound uncomfortable and stepping boundaries. This also applies for talent to clients.
